PW Hosting LLC does not permit unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, spamvertising, mail-bombing, list bombing, forged headers, open proxies, open relays, purchased lists, harvested lists, or sending mail to recipients who have not consented where consent is required. Customers must comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and electronic communications laws.

Marketing email must identify the sender accurately, include a working unsubscribe mechanism where required, honor opt-out requests promptly, and avoid deceptive subjects, misleading routing information, or unauthorized use of third-party systems. Accounts involved in spam or mail abuse may be suspended or terminated without notice.
