Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are prohibited on PW Hosting LLC services:

• Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, botnets, exploit kits, phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive login pages.
• Unauthorized access, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, scraping, brute force attacks, password spraying, denial-of-service activity, or network interference.
• Illegal content, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, doxxing, hate or violent extremist activity, or content that violates applicable law.
• Copyright, trademark, trade-secret, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property violations.
• Spam, spamvertising, unsolicited bulk email, open relays, purchased mailing lists, forged headers, or deceptive mail practices.
• Excessive use of CPU, memory, storage, database, network, email, process, backup, or file-system resources that harms service quality.
• Attempts to bypass account limits, billing systems, suspension controls, authentication systems, security tools, or usage restrictions.

PW Hosting LLC may investigate complaints and may remove content, block traffic, disable scripts, suspend service, or terminate accounts when necessary.
